DCI Announces Organizational Change

New leadership structure to accelerate market momentum and innovation.

Newberg, OR (November 20, 2024) – DCI, the US fastest-growing dental equipment manufacturer and world’s largest dental parts manufacturer announced that John Spencer, Chief Executive Officer will transition to Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2025. John will continue to maintain a presence in the organization that he has led for over 40 years. Darrell McGiverin, current Chief Operating Officer, and longtime DCI employee will assume the role of CEO.

Leadership continuity will be maintained within four collaborative organizational functions: Operations, Finance, Technology and Commercialization / Business Development. Jason Spencer will continue working with the organization as a Senior Advisor.
