They have partnered with a daycare and give the employees a discount. We get Christmas bonuses, and don’t forget October—pallets of pumpkins brought in for everyone. I have never worked anywhere else where the company has been so involved with their employees.

I started at DCI in 2006. I didn’t come from much growing up. After starting here, I knew this was the place that would help me grow.
